Rules of Ordering, Paying and Receiving Tickets

Purchase/Refund of tickets is carried out according to the conditions of the User Agreement
Money back is only possible in case your refund application is properly filled and sent to "" not later than 00:00 of the day of the visit (indicated on the electronic check).
User accepts automatically the terms of the User Agreement by clicking the “Order” button and indicating his/her e-mail address.
1. Order placing:
Please choose the tickets that you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
There are up to 4 tickets for visiting each object available for purchasing within one single order.
Please be informed that only full price tickets are available for online purchase. You cannot book free of charge entrance tickets for persons aged under 16 in our e-shop.
When all of the items you wish to purchase are added to your shopping cart, you are ready to proceed to the order checkout process.
2. Order checkout process:
To complete the order process please confirm your booking by putting the e-mail address, the name of the tickets holder, and the contact phone number into the order form.
Please verify all the information in the order form. Entrance tickets are not provided in the ticket offices in case of discrepancy (especially in ticket holder name).
3. Payment and getting tickets:
After order confirmation you will receive the electronic check (voucher) with your order details (order status UNPAID) along with an email confirmation of your order.
Click the button “Pay” to be redirected to the secure payment page. Enter the needed information to pay the order.
The order is to be paid within 20 minutes (an unpaid order will be cancelled).
After the payment is made you will be sent the electronic check (voucher) to the e-mail address indicated above. The electronic check (voucher - not the fiscal cheque!) contains information about your order and form of payment (order status PAID).
Please address to the ticket offices to get your tickets on the day of the visit by presenting the printed out electronic check (voucher). If you made the payment but didn’t receive the voucher, your order is still valid. In this case please get your tickets on the day of your visit by telling the number of your order and presenting your ID at the ticket office.
The tickes are available 17 days before the date of the visit.
Free of charge entrance tickets for individuals aged under 16 are to be purchased separately in the ticket offices in Alexandrovskiy sad (Alexander garden) on the day of the visit.
Ticket to the Armoury Chamber is only valid for the day and time indicated on it. The number of tickets for the admission sessions is limited.
All the lectures and guided tours of the museum presented in the e-shop are in Russian.

Payment refund can only be made after the Customer's application, on terms of User Agreement (p.7.7).

If a Customer has, for whatever reasons, not received the tickets in exchange for their Voucher by the specified deadline (see Point 7.2.5. of the User Agreement - till the time of the visit indicated in Voucher) these circumstances are considered grounds for the Museum unilaterally to terminate its responsibility to the Customer under the User Agreement, and consider that its liability to the Customer has been fully discharged (the refund is impossible).
Exchange or partial refund of the order is impossible (You can give back Your order and make another one).
